  • To power AI voice conversations via ElevenLabs Conversational AI.
  • To generate memory summaries that improve the continuity of your sessions.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following trusted third-party providers to operate the Service:

  • Supabase — secure cloud database and authentication.
  • ElevenLabs — AI voice processing for recovery conversations.
  • Twilio — emergency contact and notification delivery.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Data shared with providers is limited to what is necessary to operate the Service.

We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to sensitive data is restricted to authorized personnel only. We regularly review our security practices. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
